MILLS ULTIMATE MIXES

Mills Nutrients and the American/Dutch group DNA Genetics have committed to work together to develop the ultimate soil once and for all. The result, Ultimate Mixes, far exceeds expectations and can therefore rightly bear the name "Ultimate". The progressive mixes include, in addition to potting soil or cocos, cork - an element that is beneficial to both water management and the oxygen content of the soil. The plant grows in a kind of ultimate soil and will therefore produce stronger roots, because of which the plant will eventually produce nicer and firmer fruits.

DNA/MILLS COCOS & LIEGE

ULTIMATE COCO&CORK provides ultimate water management and is a light substrate. Because of this, the plant will be able to build an optimal root structure. Feeding during the whole cycle is however necessary.
Cork is not only beneficial for the plant, but it is also environmentally friendly. And at Mills we find this very important. The cork oaks are not cut, but stripped by hand. This stripping takes place every nine to twelve years and considerably extends the age of the tree. With 2.7 million hectares of forest and an average age of 200 to 300 years per tree, Europe has many cork oaks. And this is a good thing, because they are suppliers of oxygen to the yard.
