These circulation pumps ensure a natural current, indispensable in freshwater and especially seawater aquariums. Corals and special fish species, in particular, need a natural current to survive. These natural conditions can be simulated in aquariums using correctly positioned current pumps. Another advantage is that the current prevents sediment from settling to the bottom.
