General Terms and Conditions
Prices
The prices indicated in this catalogue are expressed in Swiss francs (CHF), as net amounts including VAT, and are guaranteed.
Items covered by a warranty are subject to the terms of the offer in effect at the time of purchase. The warranty begins on the delivery date of the item, as indicated on the accompanying document (invoice), which we recommend you keep carefully.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper maintenance, failure to follow the instructions for use, or normal wear and tear.
Availability
Our delivery commitment becomes void in the event of failure or delay in supply from our suppliers, insofar as such unavailability is not attributable to us.
If a product is unavailable, we will inform you as soon as possible.
Payment methods
We accept the following payment methods: PostFinance, Twint, bank transfer, and cryptocurrency.
Payment by invoice via POWERPAY is also available, subject to approval by POWERPAY as an independent payment service provider.
Delivery and transport
Available items are shipped by Swiss Post within 1–5 working days.
Shipping costs are charged only once per order.
Post Economy shipping is free for orders of 65 CHF or more.
⚠️ Tobacco products, tobacco substitutes, shisha tobacco and nicotine boosters are not counted towards the 65 CHF minimum required for free shipping.
Returns or exchanges
Items must be returned intact and complete in their original packaging (with labels and references), together with the delivery slip, within 7 days of receiving the parcel.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. In the case of an exchange, shipping costs for the new order are covered by us.
Legal warranty
We recommend checking the condition of the delivered goods immediately upon receipt to identify any obvious material or manufacturing defects or damage caused during transport.
According to the law, any defect or irregularity affecting the delivered items must be reported promptly so that we can remedy it.
Data protection
All personal data is treated confidentially.
Information required for order processing will be handled electronically and may be shared with partner companies as part of this process.
Purchase on invoice with instalment option (POWERPAY)
MF Group / POWERPAY offers the “purchase on invoice” payment method as an independent payment provider.
The invoice for your order allows you to pay for your online purchase by invoice.
If payment is not made within the specified period, a monthly summary invoice will be sent the following month, including an overview of your orders.
Upon completion of the purchase contract, POWERPAY takes over the invoiced claim and handles the payment processing.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Swiss law.
In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Lausanne (VD), Switzerland, subject to mandatory statutory provisions assigning jurisdiction to the consumer’s place of residence.
