Indoor-Set from The Pure Factory
The Pure Factory 's Indoor Extraction Kit includes three filter bags, specially designed for extracting resin from the remains of plants with large resin glands. These bags are ideal for efficient, cost-effective processing of plant remains to produce quality resin extracts.
Extraction bags features:
- Sieve thicknesses: 220mc, 70mc, and 38mc
- Top diameter: max. approx. 30 cm
- Lower diameter: approx. 20 cm
- Height: approx. 39 cm
- Capacity: 19 liters
Extraction bag operation:
- The coarsest bag (220mc) retains plant remains.
- The finer bags (70mc and 38mc) filter the resin crystals, enabling efficient recovery of the trichomes.
- It is essential to place the coarser bag at the top and the finer bag at the bottom, for optimum extraction.
Extraction with these bags is an economical and simple method of producing resin extracts without the need for complex equipment. This method offers a direct way of recovering trichomes from plants, while preserving plant residues for further processing.
Application with Resinator:
- Secure the extraction bags in a cauldron, placing the fine-mesh bag first.
- Place the larger-mesh bag inside the fine-mesh bag.
- Wash the plant remains in the Resinator for about 15 minutes.
- Allow the water to drain into the prepared kettle.
- First remove the coarse-mesh bag, squeeze out the water and place it in a separate container.
- Next, remove the fine-mesh bag, drain off the water and collect the remaining extract.
- Spread the extract on a clean, dry, preferably ventilated surface.
- Leave the resin to dry for at least 48 hours. Taste and quality will develop over time.
- Plant remains in the coarse mesh bag can be used for further processing, but will be less pure.
Resinator-free:
- Prepare the bags as described above.
- Fill a boiler half-full with cold water and add about 2 kg of crushed ice.
- Add the plant remains to the water and stir well.
- Pour the water into the prepared kettle and continue as described above.
