Iron

CANNA Iron fulfils several important functions in the plant's overall metabolism, making it an essential element. Its most important role is in photosynthesis, and it makes a major contribution to chlorophyll production. It also has an important influence on physiological processes and the energy system.

CANNA Iron is directly absorbed. It can be added to all fertilizers and remains stable at all pH levels. It is the ideal product to overcome iron deficiencies and to stimulate growth and flowering.

Use

• As an iron fertilizer. Used in cases of iron deficiency, among others.
• As a supplementary fertilizer, to stimulate growth and flowering.

Dosage

• Maintenance dosage: 1:1500 => (10μm/l) 0.75 ml/litre
• Medium deficiency: 1:1000 => (15μm/l) 1 ml/liter
• Strong deficiency: 1:500 => (30μm/l) 2 ml/liter

Warning

A good fertilizer contains all the essential elements in the right proportions. An excess of iron will not harm the plant, but it will hinder phosphate assimilation. Be careful when dosing.
