  Method of manufacture of our fermented extracts of plants:

  • Fresh wild plants picked by hand during the picking season (April to mid-September), or cultivated by us or a local organic farmer.

  • Controlled fermentation in anaerobic (without air).

  • Dynamized and informed spring water.
