Hydro system: ebb and flow
Ebb&Flood is a super oxygenated tidal table system. It can be filled with clay balls or pots containing any growing medium.
A timer activates the pump to flood the bottom of the growing medium from below and gravity pulls the excess solution back into the tank with fresh air. This circulation ensures a constant flushing of the medium with nutrients, as well as excellent oxygenation of the root zone.
Each kit now includes the unique Express Drain system: when the flood pump stops, the drain creates a powerful vacuum that draws water back into the tank with a burst of fresh oxygen-rich air.
