The Merlin400 is the world's first fully automated essential oil extractor for the home production of high quality cannabis extracts. The machine processes any plant material, from cannabis buds to hemp leaves, to make a raw oil extract.
Up to 95% of cannabinoids can be extracted from the material, depending on the quality of the plants and the extraction parameters. The extractor works in a closed circuit for 2 to 4 hours. The control panel allows to select different programs according to the needs. The resulting crude oil can then be used as a base for various food and cosmetic mixtures.
As for safety, the unit is protected by a safety fuse and an alcohol sensor detects potential spills, which stops the machine.
Merlin400 also features advanced operational control software and a smartphone app.
