Athena Pro Balance is a water-soluble pH powder for professional growers.
It has been specially designed for use with advanced injection systems such as Netaflex, to avoid venturi clogging by products such as potassium silicates or potassium hydroxide.
Athena® Pro Balance allows the grower to adapt the intensity of pH adjustment to his specific situation. Pro Balance concentrate can be mixed at a rate of 0.25 to 1 lb per gallon. Adjust the mixing and injection rates according to the amount of pH adjustment required.
Pour 4 gallons of water into a 5-gallon bucket.
Pour a 2-pound pack of Pro Balance into 4 gallons of water (1⁄2 pound per gallon).
Mix until granules are completely dissolved.
Add Pro Balance in increments of 5 ml per gallon to a prep tank that has been prepared with your final fertilizer mix.
Mix thoroughly and check pH after each adjustment.
Note the amount of Pro Balance concentrate used to achieve the desired pH for this preparation tank. For future preparation tanks, add this amount before mixing the fertilizers.
