Do it yourself! With the 'Qnubu' brand electric heat press, producing delicious Rosin is totally simple and safe! Rosin is the name given to cannabis resin, which is extracted only by heat and pressure. Rosin is therefore an absolutely pure concentrate, free from any solvents such as alcohol or butane gas. Because of its purity, but also because of its much safer production, extraction with special Rosin presses is becoming increasingly popular.

With the 'Qnubo' press, extraction is child's play, and even beginners can do it with ease. An important feature of this press is the suction cup system, which provides the safest support. And the simple application speaks for itself:

Simply place the flowers, buds or other medicinal plants in a suitable Rosin bag, then wrap in greaseproof paper, heat the press to the desired temperature (digital display), place the material between the press plates, lock the press in place using the hanging mechanism, set the timer to the desired duration and you're done! With a pressure of 600 kg, the press expels the precious Rosin from the plant material reliably, without force and without risk of explosion. As the Rosin can run off the sides of the pressing plate, we recommend building a "boat" with a drain from the parchment paper.

The correct choice of temperature and duration of the pressing process is highly dependent on the type, quality and condition of the raw material, and often requires trials with small quantities. As a guide, the brand 'Qnubu' recommends 90° C at a pressing time of 60 seconds. We also recommend placing Rosin directly in the freezer after pressing. This prevents the terpenes from degrading and the taste from being lost.
