Qnubu Auto Lion Automatic 20-ton press (7.6x25cm plate)
The Qnubu Press Lion is a fully automatic press for professional rosin extraction. It is Qnubu's most advanced model. It is suitable for industrial processes and features a 7.6 x 25 cm rectangular plate, designed to keep extraction as short as possible between the plates.
You can also put several bags in the same press, allowing you to process two or three bags at the same time. What's more, you can replace it with another 15 x 20 cm plate, which offers a larger pressing surface.
The combination of pressure and temperature enables the resin and essential oils to be extracted and separated from the plant substances without the use of dangerous chemical solvents.
Quickly and easily, your extraction is completed in a matter of minutes, with no further processes added.
How to use:
- Connect the press to the mains and press the press start button.
- Set the desired pressure, temperature and time parameters.
- Wait for the thermostat to reach the set temperature.
- Place correctly packed vegetables between the plates.
- Operate the pressure crank and activate the countdown button.
- The press emits a warning signal at the end of the countdown.
- To release pressure on the plates, turn the pressure valve to the left. The hydraulic system releases the pressure and the plates open automatically.
