Expected effects (adapted dose)

• UV: faster germination, increased roots and branching, less stretching, stronger plants, better flowering/taste/odour. Overdosing: stress, slower photosynthesis, lower yields.

• IR: faster onset of flowering (long day), controlled elongation, possible increase in terpenes and heat input. Over-dosing: excessive stretching, burns, overheating.

Recommended use

• Internode management :

  • 18 h/d during growth for very compact varieties.

  • 12 h/d during the last 3-4 weeks of flowering for slender sativas.

• Coverage: 1 bar 15 W / 60 cm for 80 × 80 cm.
